Petty Officer 2nd Class Charly hengen has been covering the transit of the Coast Guard Cutter Healy and the Russian-flagged tanker Renda from Nome this week. During a break in the preperations for the fuel transfer she captured an interview with Cmdr. Scott Johnson, operations section chief for the Coast Guard forces in Nome, and Denise Michaels, mayor of Nome, about the critical fuel delivery operation. Click here to listen.
